AUCTION TERMS:
Units sold $1525 or less are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no arbitration eligibility of any kind.  
All lot sales are also sold "AS IS WHERE IS" and are not subject to arbitration and are deemed to be final transactions upon presentation of the Bill of Sale to Auction office.

RED LIGHT: Sold AS IS WHERE IS with no arbitration eligibility of any kind. However, any frame damage or salvage rebuilt titles must be announced at time of sale. 

YELLOW LIGHT: Units are sold with either a mechanical or cosmetic damage announcement and are therefore NOT subject to any arbitration for the announced condition. Make sure you listen to all announcements under this light as Auction will not be held responsible for these conditions.

BLUE LIGHT: Title is not presented the night of sale and the seller has a maximum title delay period of 30 days. Upon the 31st day, the purchaser may return the unit for a full refund of the purchase price only. Auction will not be held financially responsible for any repairs buyer spent on unit during title delay period.

GREEN LIGHT: Units sold over $1525 are sold with "RIDE & DRIVE" option and are subject to arbitration for Drive Train, Motor or Transmission only. We do not arbitrate any instrumental lights (ABS, check engine, brake lights, etc). Any arbitration exceeding $500 will be RE-negotiated between Buyer & Seller thru Arbitrator on premises within 1 hour of purchase.

ARBITRATION: No units sold under $1525 are eligible for Arbitration of any kind. We do not arbitrate 2001 or older Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge rear ends. All items of concern must be arbitrated within 1 hour of purchase on the sale night by the Auction Arbitrator on site.
